Every rupee sits in escrow until the session actually happens. If the mentor no-shows or you have substantiated evidence the call did not deliver, we refund in full.   • Session recording (with mentor’s consent) or verbatim transcript excerpts
  • Written journey doc showing the mentor did not deliver stated action items
  • Timestamped screenshots or chat logs of the session
  • A second-mentor peer review — Vcharo can arrange one, free of charge
  • Mentor no-show, or cancellation without 24-hour notice

  • Vague dissatisfaction with no specific examples
  • You did not do the pre-work / homework the mentor assigned
  • You expected a job offer or placement as an outcome
  • Session was helpful but you changed your mind after the fact
  • A single stylistic difference (e.g., "too direct", "too gentle")
